  They have become too busy and customers take the toll. There are no appointments available for weeks ahead, they need at least 48h notice for cancellation and such things that makes them too unflexible. I don't like it. Customers get bound with treatments they buy "on sale" and then find themselves unable to book appointments that suit them. Other than that, the quality of treatments is fine, but the way they do business feels aggressive.

  I'm always at ease with the staff here, they are approachable, friendly and honest. As a result I found the procedure to be easier, and a far better experience than i was concerned it would be. I'm very happy with the result and the confidence that comes with it. Thank you : )

  Sarah & Kim are amazing they could not have been friendly or more helpful! I would highly recommend the girls. I am only using the products they personally recommended to me a few days and I can already see a difference in my skin. Looking forward to my peel, thanks girls X

  The lovely Amy looked after me each and every time I went to therapie with her lovely manners and lovely personality. Very helpful and great going through the procedure and outcome of my laser for my underarm and bikini line. Such a lovely premises and such lovely staff and of course the prices are very reasonable too which is always a bonus xxx

  The staff in Therapie Opera Lane are just fantastic, always friendly and welcoming. Sarah has been doing all my treatments and she is brilliant. I'm thrilled with the results and the aftercare advice for the laser hair removal and microneedling. Great value for money. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.
