  Very bad experience! Hidden charges everywhere, wrong information on returning car time as got told 2 different times! Then they tried to charge! I also emailed my concerns about being charged double, it has been over 3 weeks (given 1 week at start to give them time) all emails have been ignored, all calls have been kept on hold or told they will get back to me. Struggled with the bank to sort this out eventually as no response from the company. Very poor customer service

  Disgrace. Hidden charges galore. They don't even advertise sales tax. Whatever the assistant tells you is only half the story - they will add extra charges into the small print when returning your car and you are rushing for your flight. I'll never rent from thrifty again.

  Works fine for a rental. Only complaint is that it's tricky to find. On Google maps there are 4 different thrifty car rentals, several which are close to each other and some of which are just bus stops with the same name

  Hidden charges, aggressive upselling, bad attitude of desk personal, cheap but regretted not taking another one
