  We gave the orchid Thai great service over the past 3-5 months and consistently ordered take always every Saturday evening. This time, we called in our usual order. When my acquaintance went to pick up the take away, we were overcharged for noodles that we did not order. The manager then refused to deal with us, claiming that she was coaching new staff as her chef recently quit his position(although that should NOT change a thing) She then exclaimed "what do you want me to do?',' as if we were at fault. The manager then claimed she did not know us and she never heard my aquaintance's voice. Finally, we will never give this restaurant our custom ever again.
