A great place to meet up for a coffee and a chat. Music is not too loud. Even though there's a refurbishment of the lobby at the moment, you can still enjoy your break. Toilets have always been very clean and tidy. Service is mostly, but not always at its best, not taking about busy times. Prices are very reasonable and with a nice variety of food on the Menu. Love their hot chocolate and homemade scones. Would greatly recommend!

Avoid. The staff ruined our stay. At the meal the forgetful lady asked our room number 3 times. Then could not confirm if we had paid already, which we had. She left us waiting for ages even tho we told her we were going to use the health centre. Then the guy in the health centre made it clear he did not want anyone using it with half an hour left to close. He fancied going home early. He should be nowhere near customer service. The room was nice but it had no fridge and the shower was cold in the morning. Overall it was a shambles.

Stayed for one night. Staff polite professional and friendly. Room was clean and smart which also had an iron and ironing board in closet always handy. Great location, right next to tram and lots of very nice bars and short walk to a couple of very nice parks and city centre. Breakfast was also nice. Would stay again.

Quite nice hotel. I stayed in spacious room with two sofas and the armchair besides the double bed, which gave me extra space to breath. Perfect room facilities including mini vault, ironing stuff and spacious wardrobe. Even the room was facing busy at times street it was nice and quite thanks to dbl windows. Bathroom was super clean although shower glass was leaking. Very convinient for visiting the city. Good starting spot for walking trips.

Visited in 2013, and this was not a bad choice for my first solo trip to Dublin. Stayed four nights and it was lovely. The hotel was a short walk to St Stephen's Green and Grafton Street for major shopping. The room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. Recommend considering this hotel if planning a visit to Dublin.
