  Went in yesterday with a query. Team Leader aproached me. Very un-friendly. I advised I was not tech minded. She didnt seem interested. She just kept pressing buttons ignored me , didnt explain anything. Left the shop with my problem un-solved. Wont be back to that store. Liffey Valley staff could do with a customer service course or a leaf out of the book from staff in Blanchardstown TC

  Thank you to Henry for his excellent customer service. Not being very 'techy' myself and being totally frustrated at no mobile network, Henry went above and beyond the call of duty to get me sorted out and was extremely polite and friendly. I'm more used to being served by monosyllabic bored youngsters that it was refreshing to get such outstanding customer service....I'd hire Henry any day...Thank you Henry.

  The staff can be very hit and miss depending on when you go in some are alright but others can be a bit lazy and ignorant. From time to time though the shop has excellent offers and always have a good selection

  Shoddy service. Keep being asked to come back over same issue, only to get there and nobody knows what I am talking about, because the incompetent agent i was talking to previously did not leave any message. Even the managers are equally incompetent!!!! One customer lost....
