  In power city fonthill today tried to buy a microwave. Two tills open staff under pressure obviously something wrong with the tills.two members of staff at drifferent times went in behind tills and than walked past long queue of customers and stood around looking.maybe if you had of let customers know there was a problem instead of just standing around.i would have waited instead of leaving and going to DID

  I spent 1400 euros on a new television and sterio system for my family home l would recommend power city and staff are excellent

  Stay away from PowerCity - the rudest customer service and manager in Fonthill store and Head Office. If you have any problems (bought a faulty product) you can forget about getting a replacement. I’d say they keep small claim’s court busy 👎🏻 And why would i want to contact you again? I was in the store twice, spoke with Customer service “Manager” twice but got nowhere. So which part of my comment is strange? It’s very obvious from other reviews that Customer service is none existent in this company and zero respect to the customer.

  Customer Service is very poor. You are not being attended or guided while choosing appliances. But prices are competitive sometimes.
