  Went in to this store as dad was in the Heritage hospital and accidentally disabled his iPhone with wrong password and there was a very helpful guy there after explaining my situation he was able to unblock the phone and saved all that was needed on it and removed the password protection until dad was better . A big thank you to the guy.

  Never ever buy an Apple product from this store. I purchased an expensive ipad from this store to get home and find the screen had a small scratch on it straight out of the box. Having purchased many apple products before direct from their store and always received exclent service I thought no problem I'll simply return it. Not here you can't. Apparently I had to write to apple to allow me to return it to their store. My relationship under the sales of goods law is with this store, not Apple. The manager clearly has absolutely no idea about contract law and his obligation under sales law. These guys bring great shame on a fantastic compay like Apple who pride themselves on customer service. I feel two letters will be sent two Apple. Save your money, buy direct.

  I bought apple watch there. I chose by mistake 38 mm instead of 42 mm and I got extra strap for 60 euro .I spent in this shop in one day 500 euro.Around 3 min after I left shop I opened the box I realized that is wrong Size of Watch. I returned to the store for exchange on 42 mm.Unfortunately unpleasant and gruff manager did not allow the exchange. All over the world is 7 days to exchange product !!!!! Not in this shop ,even 3 min after buying !!! iConnect --never again!!!!!!! Next time I wil choose apple on line store : free next day delivery and the possibility of 14 days to return the purchased products Including very nice service!!!

  Phone left in two weeks ago. Twice turned up to store to pick up still not ready. No direct number to call and 1800 number doesn't connect. Very disappointed
