  just now Made the booking over THE phone when on arrival i had my full drivers license and card which i had paid a 50 percent of the hire fee over the phone prior to arrival. When i got there a member of staff called william asked me for 3 months banks statement which at him asking i was completey shocked so i went back outside for a minute to turn on my video recorder i went back inside and william persited i needed 3 months banks statements. To rent a car in a very rude manner and told me to goaway after 10 mins of recording i told him i had him on record i also told him he had to abide by the company rules and he tryed to grab my mobile from my hand and told me he had no further comment to make so i left . What a load of b###ks . Will upload video what a rude man not to mention his treatment towards me also i had to travel 50mins to get to kerry airport will be taking this matter further. To the manager of europcar please for your company sake remove this terrible human being from your company before he causes further damage to your company reputation.

  Bon service pour ma part, reserver ma voiture la veille sur le net, recuperer le lendemain matin. Contrôler bien l'etat de votre voiture, et n'hesitez pas a prendre l'assurance, car grosse caution (1500€).

  Hartelijk ontvangst en een snelle afhandeling. Voor een zorgeloze autorit door Ierland heb ik voor SCWD gekozen. Als je de auto wilt aftanken, moet je eerst naar het volgende adres: Topaz Marina Filling Station Ltd, Monahan Rd, Ballintemple, Cork, Ierland.

  Stared using Europcar in the city reciently. Found the service great and well priced. The location in the city centre is excellent. Beats the airport hands down.

  I rent my car in here almost every weekend for the last two years. I can´t be more satisfied with the attentive and friendly service (specially Vedran), brand new cars cleaned and in mint condition and the handy location (as of today, the most central rent a car in Cork City). To get the most of their value I would recommend joining their loyalty program that will give you upgrades and free rentals.
