  I'm french and I went to the Bright Wash for three pullover (two in wool and another one in cashmere). I'm french I didn't know the right term to explain my attention. I just said wash and dry but I mentioned and highlight the material of pullover and told to the owner to be careful with that. The result ? I get back three pullover in a child size. When I went back in the shop to have explanation, the owner juste told me "You said wash and dry and i did". We try to explain that sometime when you see someone in need with the wrong term you must ask question to yourself before waste clothes. He said nothing. In a nutshell, don't go there, you take the risk to get back your stuff in child size.

  Makes great use of the “Back in 5 minutes” notice with no time on the notice. Rarely has clothes ready on the agreed day. The pricing deal for the shirts makes absolutely no sense, will do 10 shirts for €20 but if you bring 19 shirts be prepared to pay full whack for the extra 9 shirts, not very ‘bright’ I am sure we will all agree. Will not be returning.
