::When I joined CFS, I signed up only for 12 weeks program, but from day 1 I knew it this is something for me and I’ll stay here much longer. It’s a great place to improve your health and fitness level, and coaches will help you to achieve this, by giving great advice about nutrition and monitoring yours goals. They will really motivate you and I can assure you will be enjoying on each class. So if you want change something in your life join CFS and you will love this place as I do!:)

::I highly recommend CFS. I joined about 18 months ago and have loved it since the start. During that time I trained during my pregnancy and whilst I did have a short break after having my daughter I couldn't wait to get back. Due to the training I was able to get back to my pre pregnancy weight in a matter of weeks and have continued to make progress since returning. The variety in workouts is what keeps it interesting, pushes you outside your comfort zone and gets results. The coaches support and encouragement helps to achieve goals in a realistic way 😁

::I joined Crossfit in July 2017, signing up for the 12 week program. Having no experience with this kind of training I was very unsure at the start and I also knew my diet at the time was terrible! After the first week of training all doubts were gone however. I was very impressed with the coaches; how well they explained each movement, their patience and encouragement. By the 2nd week I had attended their Nutrition Seminar and this started me off on a healthier diet, allowing me to work harder. 9 months later and I feel my week isn’t complete unless I train 3 times. My eating habits have stayed on track and with the continuing encouragement and training from the coaches I am lifting and completing workouts I didn’t think I could do. I can’t recommend Sandyford Crossfit highly enough. I started when I turned 40 and I now feel better then I ever did in my 30’s!
