  I had the best experience training at the Headon boxing academy for the last 6 weeks. I was training for a charity event and had no prior experience in boxing. Paddy and Sean were amazing at teaching us the basics and after advancing our skills further while making it all easy for us to learn. It was tough but they made every minute of it so much fun and we were never not smiling. I would 100% recommend training with these boys no matter what your previous experience, they really know what they're doing. I'll 100% be keeping it up!

  I really enjoyed my time at Headon Boxing Academy. Guys are great, both have been extremely professional, knowledgeable and ready to answer any question. They seem to have eyes in the back of their heads... there isn't a workout that goes by that I don't hear them telling me whether I'm doing something correctly or not. No ego, its all about hard work and never giving up . People there are also very nice. I have never boxed before and picking it up was really easy. Really enjoyed my time and hoping I can find a place like this in Warsaw. Thank you Sean and Paddy for making my experience here awesome!

  I worked with Headon Boxing Academy in organising a charity fight night which transpired to be an unforgettable evening for everyone involved raising vital funds for our chosen charities on the night: Cystic Fibrosis Ireland, Humans Too and the Laura Brennan Charitable Trust. Their professionalism regarding charity fight nights is unrivalled due to the quality of training they provide to the fighters over the 6 week training period, but also the emphasis they place on participant safety. They offer great encouragement and training to participants who sign up and the transformation seen in the fighters over the course of 6 weeks is phenomenal. The training program they implement is excellent as it firstly outlays the basic boxing techniques required and then builds on these techniques each week transforming the participant into a competent amateur boxer. Overall working with Headon Boxing Academy’s team was a great experience and the business process system they operate on the night itself removes the difficulties and stresses normally associated with event planning of this scale. I would highly recommend them and wish them the best of luck in the future.

  I've been to a number of the lads fight nights and they are always thoroughly enjoyable events, whether you are involved yourself or simply just there to watch a friend. It's incredible the level of boxing that is on show from just spending some time training with the lads. A phenomenal experience and would recommend it to anyone no matter what your age, size or experience!
