  BEWARE !!!!! Debenhams has STOLEN MY MONEY !!! I bought a nespresso coffee maker here and after a few weeks that thing broke. I went to Debenhams Tallaght at The Square to exchange it. I have been told that nespresso is EXCLUDED from exchange and that I should deal with nespresso directly. After talking to a very disinterrested and very rude manager Jessie Jones or so, I have been given a piece of paper that states some sort of DEBENHAMS INTERNAL POLICY - basically they will not exchange an item that I bought there a few weeks ago. At the time of buying, I have never been told that nespresso is excluded from exchange as well as I have never agreed or signed to their terms and conditions that they have printed out for me today. DO NOT BUY HERE, DEBENHAMS ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!!

  After waiting for 15 minutes for someone to answer the customer service phone, I had to hang up without speaking to anyone. I note one of the messages while you're holding ask if you would mind supplying an email address so they can get customer feedback, thats not a possiblity if you don't get a reply! Very disappointed with this service as this is one of my favorite shops. Maybe getting localised phone numbers for each branch might result in quicker response

  Excellent range of mens suits and formal clothes and very friendly and helpful staff. Look for Dean in the suits area, he took care of everything I needed promptly, just brilliant. 👍
