  You NEED to have a credit card in order to pay with this company. Very unhelpful and their system apparently will not accept any other form of payment

  I have rented cars from them for 2 years. Always new cars and good prices, but they can be annoying with the documents. Once i have been refused to rent a van because I don't have a credit card despite my history with them. Another time I have been charged an extra day for being a couple of hours late even though i have called them and they said it's fine to bring the car later but "omitted" to mention about the penalty.

  I have very bad experience with them, customer service is simply not existing. before I would like to rent a car they asked me to bring certain documents: bank statement, utility bill and payslips. a week before the rent, I brought them into the office all the necessary documents, staff member checked them and said that everything is in order and that I should bring documents with me on the day of the lease. and then came the long-awaited day of rental.... I took the same documents in anticipation of a long weekend ( i specially took extra holidays) and went to their office. There I met as I understood Manager of this branch, and then it started.... a Airtricity bill what I brought is no longer good, she did not like it, OK.. Then I offered to her paid Irish Water bill - she sad this is not a utility bill...LoL... and i have the feeling that she just do not want me to rent a car...Total: All weekend is destroyed, plus bad mood.. I do not recommend to cooperate with them.

  My experience has been very good. Staff friendly and helpful etc. .. August 2015
