  These cowboys either don’t know consumer rights or pretending that they don’t. After I wasted my time visiting this shop and trying to get refund for faulty item (which was refused) I reported them to CCPC. CCPC advised me to put them in a court. Even on ebay you have more rights than in Halfords.

  Poor. Stood upstairs looking at bikes waiting for the 2 sales assistants to come and help me and they weren't bothered, hence didnt buy the bike there.

  staff in the cycling department are always very helpful, people (cyclists ) tend to laugh at halfords as a bike store but the online shop is great were products are delivered to your store of choice and the staff always do their best for you

  Nicely laid out shop. Very good for oils and touch up paint jobs for cars.

  Good store. The collection is great and the staff is very friendly. Purchased a car radio which developed issues with the fitting and the staff resolved it.
