  Jimmy is a gem. Buying bikes off him for over a quarter of a century and would never buy anywhere else.

  I have left my bike to be fixed here, was promised to be given a ring back, after 5 days I called them to inquire, was told that they will have a look at it this afternoon and give me a ring back. To cut a long story short, my bike was not worth fixing so I told the member of staff on a phone that I will take it back, he offered that they can scrap for me, but I told him I will take back a few components, he promised to keep them aside for me and he told me to come and collect next day. I went to the shop the next day, was told that they have put my bike into different storage as the shop was full, they took my phone number and told me they will give me a ring back tomorrow! Didn't get a call back from them so I called them to say I need the saddle and water bottle as I purchased a new bike. They promised to give me a ring tomorrow, surprise surprise, I didn't receive any phone call. This is very unreliable!!!! I made a big mistake to go to this shop. I deal with different people on the phone ,different people when I get in and till this day, after two weeks from the time I was told my components will be waiting for me in the bag when I come in, am waiting for phone call!!

  By far the best bike shop in the area. Much better than the larger shops. A very personal and professional service provided by staff that love their sport and show a vast knowledge of cycling.
