  I wouldn't rely on them, if you are a prospective tenant. Last month I tried to contact them a dozen times, they never got back to me. I never got a chance to see any of the properties they listed, because they never scheduled any viewing. They even had the cheek to tell me to stop contacting them, because "the properties have been let". They should definitely learn a thing or two about customer service.

  It's Mags here!!! Sold a house with Ray Cooke, Ross was the agent that handled things for me. I found selling this house very stressful & Ross went above & beyond the call of duty!! Can't recommend Ross & the team enough, they were very efficient! Top marks from me 👍🏻 Mags

  We bought a house from Ross from Clondalkin branch just before Christmas. Another house fell through at last min at start of Nov, and found another house straight away (10 Nov) with Ross we explained we wanted it pushed through as fast as possible. Which we moved in 22 Dec. Ross was brilliant everything ran very smooth and fast. Ross kept in touch whole time and responded all call/ emails very quick. If he wasnt available the office left a message for him too. Overall I would have no problem recommending Ray Cooke We found Ross very professional and efficient

  Ray Cooke are certainly a good company to deal with if everything goes smoothly, but I am not too happy with their crisis management. It was very difficult to find someone who took our complaints seriously, and Ray Cooke will definitely need to improve their customer communication. It was very confusing that different members of staff were responding to our emails as their roles within the company weren't entirely clear. Besides, Ray Cooke do not forward relevant information to all members of our household but keep contacting individual housemates via email or SMS. When I moved in, I received no information whatsoever that the heating wasn't working and that the fireplace wasn't safe either. A lot of people working for Ray Cooke are very nice, but the overall management was disappointing.

  We recently sold and purchased our family home through Ray Cooke Auctioneers. We dealt mainly with Conor Clarke. Conor was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and helpful, he kept us well informed throughout the whole process and answered all our questions. We were very pleased with the service we received from Conor and we would definitely recommend Ray Cooke Auctioneers to anybody buying or selling property.
