  A waste of time and absolutely unprofessional. We were trying to rent a house and after they called us to let us view the place, they won't even show our profile to the landlord because it turns out they aren't happy with our references. First, they said they didn't receive our references even though I've sent them by email the same day of the viewing, I had to discover this by enquiring a few days later. Absolutely no follow up from them whatsoever, I would have never expected such a disinterested behaviour from a 5-star rated agency. We have outstanding references from work and from current landlord, they demanded my partner's character reference, yet they said they wouldn't accept one from people who actually know her. First time we had this issue with an agency and first time someone would call us to view a place, telling us later they won't accept us as candidates. We were waiting, thinking they sent our profile to the landlord, it turned out they couldn't even find our references in their emails. We surely won't be dealing with them anymore.
