  Very difficult agency to deal with. We were interested in buying a house they had advertised on daft. After leaving our contact details we weren't called back, the house viewing started late, when we placed an offer we weren't kept in the loop whatsoever about other bids, how many people are bidding, what the current status is etc, so in the end we decided we couldn't rely/trust HWP and left the bidding process on the house. Very poorly handled.

  I had been let down by a previous auctioneer when HWP was recommended to me. I was absolutely delighted to have Ray Kelly handle the sale of our property. On first meeting Ray I was very impressed with his knowledge and enthusiasm. I immediately felt we were in good hands. When Ray said he would call with an update he did. He always informed me of a viewing beforehand and would give me a full update afterwards. I have found him to be very professional and courteous at all times. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ray and HWP. Carol Quinn

  Quite possibly one of the worst interactions I have ever had with a selling agent on the phone - unprofessional and curt would sum the experience up nicely. If felt like I was bothering them by inquiring about the sale of a home. Multiple messages left by myself and my wife regarding the sale of a property and never once were we called back. I most certainly would not deal with these agents when buying or selling a house.
