  Amazing hotel. With great service. Friendly staff. Great rooms. Clean and modern bathrooms. All in all definitely a place to consider when visiting Dublin. Higher price hotel but service and rooms live up to the expectation.

  Die 5 Sterne sind voll verdient. Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden. Die Bar könnte noch ein wenig länger geöffnet haben. Der Service ist hervorragend, die Sauberkeit vorbildlich und die Speisen schmackhaft. Bei meinem nächsten Besuch werde ich wieder dort einchecken. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt.

  I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the Shelbourne. This is technically, my 3rd time to stay there. Each time it is a treat. The bar in the lobby is absolutely beautiful but it gets so crowded. It almost feels like it fills up with people who want to be seen. The Shelbourne just recently opened a private bar for hotel residents. We moved there from the bar and I'm so glad we did. It is a cozy "library" room filled with neat books about Ireland and Irish history. Theo and I think her name was Julia were our servers and they really made our night special. We so enjoyed talking with them. Also, the Shelbourne concierges are some of the best...Paul and an older gentleman were extremely helpful. Paul even arranged for our transportation from Heathrow airport to another Marriott property in London. Paul even helped us out on his day off. I think he deserves a raise or some recognition for his professional service! The Shelbourne hotel is close to Grafton street, tram and St Stephen's Green. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are top notch. I recommend it.

  Ate and drank here on a weekday afternoon at 2 pm during the Christmas period. Bar 27 was rammed so my wife and I drank in the horse shoe bar. We managed to sit on a couple of bar stools and drank a couple of cocktails each which were excellent. The service was quick and friendly. We then had a three course meal from their festive menu in the saddle room restaurant. Fantastic setting, very good service and fantastic food. We ate smoked salmon, venison, rib eye steak, pavlova and chocolate fondant. The food was high quality and there was plenty of staff on hand. Great experience which was helped by the beautiful Christmas decorations and tree. Very warm atmosphere. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. A definite recommend.

  A wonderful hotel and location. Super comfortable beds and well presented rooms. Good bars, good residents lounge and garden. Wonderful conference rooms and private meeting and dining rooms on the first floor. Breakfast is excellent and staff on the whole very good. In fact it’s really hard to get good staff and on the whole food but room for some improvements. I would stay many times. Relaxing and quiet when needed and even if busy there’s always a quiet spot. Stay here.
