::It was a lovely experience. The staff who took care of my treatments were very good and really friendly. However I did find that I was not greeted in a friendly manner by the woman who greeted me on reception. When I was waiting to be taken to my treatment, there was a staff member (the same person who greeted me) who was walking around on her phone having a conversation that seemed personal. I found this to be unprofessional, to sit by a client and to be speaking on the phone. Otherwise everything was fab and the therapists who looked after my treatments were amazing.

::Went for a facial, queried more technical treatments and was told I couldn't do them unless I had bought certain products they were selling and used it for several weeks (despite already having something similar in my regime it had to be the brand they were sellin..) in addition to having more facials. Treatment was nice and relatively effective but the hard sell was unconvincing and off-putting. Will go elsewhere to have the tech facials without the unnecessary concocted escalator system being forced on me.

::Today I went and had a facial in Buff Day Spa. I was greeted by a lovely lady at the desk she asked me my details and my shoe size and brought me on a tour of the facilities. I was shown where the toilets were , where I could get changed and I was told all about what to leave in the locker and I was shown the relaxation room and were I could get a drink. When I was getting my facial I was told all about my skin condition and what products I should use. I had a very enjoyable experience. Thank you to all the staff in Buff Day Spa.

::One of my favorite spas in Dublin. The staff is always so kind and so professional. The spa is in a great location, right off Grafton street and across from St Stephan’s Green Shopping Center. It’s very clean and they provide a clean robe and slippers. The relaxation room is on the top floor and it’s nice to just sit in before or after your treatment. The room is a bit small so when it’s busy you might not find somewhere to sit. They also have a sauna. Overall, a great spa to come to if you are looking for any treatment.

::I really enjoyed the facial, I felt the therapist (Lucia) took the time to explain to me what she was doing and she had a really good knowledge of the products. This made me feel really comfortable and I could definitely see the results the next day. Enjoyed it so much and booked again for another one straight away!
