::Great selection of mens clothes, can often find really good value in their sales. Especially on the own brand housewares stuff (bed linen, towels etc.) where fashion is less of a concern. I did have a poor experience buying a gift for my wife though, some polices were not made clear at the till for what was clearly a gift for someone else.

::DISGUSTING customer service. The two people who tended to me and my husband when looking for pillows wouldn't let us try them and weren't really polite or nice and didn't offer other options but one. The first assistant was particularly rude.
